Research Interests
Dr. Novak’s research focuses on applications of behavior analysis to improve employee performance in the workplace and promote health behavior. This work includes translational and applied research to inform effective and efficient methods for staff training and support. He is also interested in behavioral interventions to promote drug abstinence, employment, and medication adherence for people experiencing poverty, homelessness, or chronic health conditions.
