Research Interests
Dr. Maindidze’s research focuses on workplace recruitment, selection, training, and discrimination, as well as the intersections between them. This specifically includes using primarily quantitative analytical approaches to examine sources of bias in selection systems, applicant reactions to organizational values, training motivation and evaluation, and the strategic implications of talent management decisions. Current projects include exploring how organizational values can influence applicant experiences and employee motivations to attend voluntary diversity training, and in his past work, he has meta-analytically examined the prevalence of accent bias in selection systems.
