Psychology Student Association (PSA)

The Psychology Student Association (PSA) at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) is a student organization open to all psychology majors and students interested in the psychological sciences. Our mission is to support students by providing valuable academic resources, facilitating social connections, and promoting engagement within the field of psychology.

PSA connects members to information about psychology careers and research, offers academic support through study groups, and serves as a welcoming social community. We also strive to increase student involvement in Psychology Department activities and events.

Each semester, we organize a variety of service projects, social gatherings, and professional development opportunities—including guest speakers and community engagement. In recent years, our club has partnered with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of America and For 3 Sisters, and we actively participate in local community and charity events.
